Client: A long-standing commercial bank in the UAE with a multicultural workforce.
Assignment: IdealMC worked very closely with the CEO and his direct reports to revamp the existing HR policies, procedures and operations.

- Developed a comprehensive HR Policies and Procedures Manual including redesigned forms, letters and templates
- Created Job Descriptions for all managerial positions
- Designed a customized Performance Management System using the Balanced Scorecard approach
- Designed a Rewards System covering all positions
- Created the Delegation of HR Authorities Matrix
